About Halley at Mandarin Palace

Since its establishment, Mandarin Palace is known for its grandeur interior โ€“ where famed artists were flown in to sculpt 1118 intricate phoenix and dragon carvings. The regal interior is next to none, making each corner of the restaurant an Instagram-worthy spot. The restaurant also has numerous historical moments like being the first restaurant to serve official guests and dignitaries on Independence Day in 1957.

Mandarin Palace now join hands with Halley to serve classic and timeless pork-free Chinese hand-crafted dim sum and delicacies. With emphasis on the finest, seasonal and locally sourced fresh produce, diners are ensured of the best Chinese cuisine that will excite their palates. On top of that, tea lovers can also choose to tuck away at the tea bar sipping on premium hand-picked tea leaves.

The establishmentโ€™s main dining hall accommodates 350 guests and is open for all-day dining be it morning dim sum, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. With its open layout and a Premium Tea Bar, it is ideal for wedding banquets and corporate events. There are also private dining rooms furnishing diners with the perfect setting for business or social gatherings.
